Dance & Choreography Workshops
Tailored workshops to suit the level and ability of the gymnasts, workshops designed to enhance not only gymnasts knowledge but also help coaches understand how to boost artistry scores.
Dance workshop is 4hrs, both gymnasts and coaches will have exercises for training plus an understanding on how to improve overall dance technique.
Choreography workshop is an additional 2 hrs on top the dance workshop and will enhance coaches knowledge of how to improve sections of routine choreography

Competition routine polishing. Exclusive high level focus on detail and performance to boost artistry scores on existing routines.
Sessions uniquely designed to boost gymnasts' performance at competitions, trials and shows.
Performance technique can be carried through the gymnasts competitive gymnastics career, through to professional performance careers.
Display/Showcase
Routines
High energy, audience grabbing display showcase routines, created with your showcase requirements, can be from 5 minutes to 20 minutes.
Concept, music, costumes, lighting directions can all be supplied in this all around display package.
